Yes! Your Turf Now! synthetic landscape grass products are backed by a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects, premature wear, and major fading from the sun. Full coverage for the first 10 years with partial coverage through year 15! All of our putting green products have up to an 8-year warranty with full coverage.

If a warranty-covered issue arises, we’ll repair, replace, or provide credit toward new turf. Normal wear and tear, installation issues, damage from misuse, or melting from reflective surfaces aren’t covered. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

It’s recommended that you’re home to meet the installers when they first arrive and to check their quality of work upon the project’s completion, but it isn’t necessary to be present for the duration of your landscape’s installation. Our team performs quality work no matter what!

All synthetic grass products used by Turf Now! are treated with UV inhibitors during the manufacturing process to protect against fading, discoloration, and premature degradation. If you do experience premature fading or discoloration, our products come with a manufacturer warranty to guarantee them against such defects.

Melting is extremely uncommon and typically results from direct exposure to temperatures above 175 degrees Fahrenheit. To avoid melting, avoid using BBQs or gasoline-powered maintenance tools directly on your synthetic grass, and never pour boiling water onto the surface of your landscaping. If your property has double-paned windows, we recommend applying a UV filter to them to avoid sun magnification that may damage your synthetic grass.

One of the biggest benefits of synthetic grass is that it requires very little maintenance to remain pristine and evergreen. If you want to ensure your turf always looks its best, we recommend clearing the turf of any debris and re-fluffing turf blades with a rake or broom made of synthetic bristles.

Yes! While watering is never required to keep your synthetic grass green, it is safe to rinse your turf to clean it of dirt, debris, pet waste, or spills.
