All synthetic grass products used by Turf Now! are treated with UV inhibitors during the manufacturing process to protect against fading, discoloration, and premature degradation. If you do experience premature fading or discoloration, our products come with a manufacturer warranty to guarantee them against such defects.

Melting is extremely uncommon and typically results from direct exposure to temperatures above 175 degrees Fahrenheit. To avoid melting, avoid using BBQs or gasoline-powered maintenance tools directly on your synthetic grass, and never pour boiling water onto the surface of your landscaping. If your property has double-paned windows, we recommend applying a UV filter to them to avoid sun magnification that may damage your synthetic grass.
