Our Process

Once the project commences, we begin by prepping the installation area for synthetic grass. This means clearing the area of any plant growth, installing a drainage system, preparing the sub-base, and adding a weed barrier. 

Overall, the goal of this step is to thoroughly prepare your landscape for the turf installation by ensuring it’s compacted and level. A well-prepared sub-base maximizes the longevity and performance of your artificial turf, and it’s often what sets the average turf installers apart from the truly great ones.

Once the installation area is fully prepared for the synthetic grass, we begin laying down the turf rolls. We lay the turf over the installation area evenly and precisely, ensuring that each turf strip is properly aligned. We also carefully cut any areas that need to be contoured to your yard’s unique shape.

Once the turf has been carefully laid atop the sub-base, we secure it into place with industry-grade adhesive and hidden nails to ensure it won’t become uneven, loose, or otherwise disturbed over time.

Once your turf is secured into place, we add the final touches to ensure it’s looking its best and ready for your family to enjoy right away. We power brush the turf blades to ensure your lawn looks lush and feels as soft as possible. We then add infill between the turf blades, which not only adds stability and strength to your lawn but also helps keep the turf blades standing tall and looking their best long after we leave. All infill products we use are non-toxic and safe for kids and pets, but we also provide antimicrobial, odor-eliminating infill products specially designed for use on pet turf and other high-traffic, germ-susceptible areas.
